Shipping policy

Hindi currently delivers within selected areas in Cairo. Delivery availability and the applicable delivery fee are calculated based on the delivery location and are displayed clearly at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Orders are prepared fresh after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area, order size, traffic conditions, weather, peak periods, and other operational factors.

For large orders and catering requests, delivery arrangements and timing may be confirmed separately with the Hindi team.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct phone number, complete delivery address, area, and any additional information required for the driver to reach the destination.

Hindi is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information, difficulty accessing the delivery location, or inability to contact the recipient.

Delivery fees and available delivery areas may change from time to time. The delivery fee and options displayed at checkout at the time of placing the order will apply.

If Hindi is unable to fulfil or deliver an order due to an issue on our side, our team will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate solution.
